THE PLAN
Viajaremos a Colombia (17 - 26, septiembre de 2018), Kenia (13 - 26, enero de 2019) y Filipinas (14 - 27, abril de 2019) durante los próximos 9 meses para desarrollar mini documentales, fotografías de viajes y hablar con las empresas sobre estrategias para hacer crecer su negocio.
¿Por qué estamos haciendo esto? Estamos haciendo esto porque queremos desarrollar nuestro negocio a nivel mundial. Tenemos clientes nacionales en EE. UU. Que han utilizado nuestros servicios internacionalmente, sin embargo, queremos trabajar con empresas de todo el mundo para hacer crecer nuestra huella.
Esto les costará a las empresas que acepten * trabajar con nosotros nada más que tiempo. A cambio, esas empresas recibirán un video gratis, fragmentos de video gratuitos, fotografías y una sesión de estrategia con nosotros **.

TERMS OF SERVICE
* An agreement to work with us is nota contractual obligation on the part of Emile C Browne to engage in any photography, videography, or strategy service.
** All sessions must be preplanned. Emile C Browne is not responsible for any missed appointments and rescheduling is limited, if not unavailable.
Emile C Browne will create and direct the narratives.
Emile C Browne is the sole owner of the Content created. Participants will be given final copies of images and videos for use as is and without modification. Any modification or use by any person, business, government, organization without express written consent from Emile C Browne is prohibited.
Emile C Browne reserves the right to not use a business or person at his sole discretion.
Contact does equal agreement by Emile C Browne to include a person or business in this Proof of Concept project.
Emile C Browne will not do any photography or videography outside of the previously agreed upon scope.
Any text, emails, html, URLs, images, graphics, video, other rich media content, or other materials created by, posted to, uploaded to, downloaded from, or appearing or existing on the EMILECBROWNE.COM website, it's other managed social media platforms, or controlled devices is referred to herein as Content.
You grant Emile C Browne a worldwide, transferable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, cache, store, process, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, publish, transmit, display, and distribute (in any and all media or distribution methods, now known or later developed) any Content created. You understand that the Content created may be used by our partners or us and that you may be subject to liability if you do not have adequate rights to authorize the development of Content. You agree that the foregoing license includes the right for Emile C Browne to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution or publication of such Content on other media and services. Without limiting the scope of the Content license, we may modify or adapt the Content created in order to transmit, display, or distribute it over computer networks and in various media and/or make changes to Content created as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services, or media.
Any information that you provide in your engagement with Emile C Browne is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of information from and about you. You consent to the collection and use (as set forth in our Privacy Policy) of your personal information, Content, and Measured Data, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing, and use by Emile C Browne. As part of providing you the Emile C Browne Media service, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Emile C Browne Media service, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.
Emile C Browne is not responsible for lost or stolen images or video. Participants are solely responsible for the maintenance and care of images, videos, and documents sent.
