CONSULTING

HELPING YOU FIGURE OUT THE "NOW WHAT..."

CONSULTING

As discussed in our ABOUT, ECBM is founded on a business first approach. We have found over the course of hundreds of engagements, that understanding the underlying business makes for a more effective imagery engagement.

We don't consult on everything, we consult on those things that help to make your images make sense and have value. While our knowledge can go as far back as financial modeling, we only use that information to make sure the images we take make sense in your overall plan.

This is what makes us different, we don't just help you get great images, we help you get the right great image that will propel you forward.

Our consultancy engagement can be simply focused on a plan while you exercise your right to use another photography/videography outlet, or it can be all encompassing...it is up to you.

HOW WE WORK

SET THE GOAL

RESOURCES

PLAN

EXECUTE

REVIEW

Our consultancy method is straightforward and designed to keep the process as simple as possible. First we determine what our GOAL is or what success will look like. This step is key so that there is an universally accepted endpoint or goal.

Next, we determine what RESOURCES we have, what resources we need, and how needed resources will be procured. This assessment allows us to fully understand the landscape of the challenge we are faced with addressing.

Now that we know where we want to go, what we have, and what we need to get there, we can now PLAN the most effective way to use our resources. This game plan makes all go forward decisions easier because we remove as much guess work as possible and make room for contingencies.

The EXECUTION phase is less daunting when you know where you want to go, what you need to get there and solid plan is in place.

Finally, is the REVIEW phase. Once we are done, we review what worked, what didn't work and what could be better. This way we have new tools to implement and consider when the next challenge arises.
